As a tattoo person, i have a couple of tattoos that i consider a No. For instance, any tattoo involving an insect. Like beetles. Some say they are symbolic. That they may be used to significantly mean strength, purification and a start over. Others like the scarab beetle symbolizes the creator or “khephri”. However, there’s another perception of the beetle. There’s that negative attitude towards it that makes us shove it away with a big eeew! when encountered. They are not that appealing and you wouldn’t want to have a huge insect on your back or hand or chest.
Second is the tattoo of a person’s name. Some find it cute and adorable to have the name of your significant other or baby or close friend as a tattoo. But they forget that tattoos are permanent. And here’s where you ask yourself; what if the person dies, what if they lose the significance they hold right now in your life? You would have to live through the pain of seeing their name everyday or live through the pain and cost of tattoo removal. You would have to explain to your future friends, family and kids what the name meant, who they were and where they went to. That makes a person’s name not such a good tattoo idea.
These are few of the worst tattoo ideas. But you get what i mean. Thinking about what you want for a tattoo is not such a huge job. It makes sure that what you get is what you have wanted all along. Makes sure that you would want to stick with it forever. Unless its not permanent or you are planning to remove it in the future. 13 Worst Holiday Tattoos Ever shared.
